⏳ Pre-Order Basis

Our cookies are freshly made to order. Once we confirm your payment, your order will be processed and baked in sequence, please allow 1–3 business days for production, depending on volume.

📦 Dispatch Date (Not Delivery Date)

At checkout, you will be asked to select a dispatch date.
This is the date we hand over your parcel to DHL, not the date the cookies will arrive at your address.
After dispatch, courier delivery normally takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location. If no dispatch date is selected, we will dispatch based on our normal schedule.

🚚 Shipping Time

All parcels are shipped via DHL.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.
Delivery speed is determined by DHL and may vary during busy seasons.

⚠️ No Rush Orders

We are unable to accommodate rush orders.
Please place your order in advance, with production time + delivery time in mind.

❌ No Refunds or Cancellations

Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
As our cookies are perishable and freshly made, all sales are final.
Please confirm all order details and read this notice carefully before purchasing.

🕰 Delays

We do our best to meet our dispatch schedule.
However, once the parcel is handed over to DHL, delivery timing may be affected by courier delays, festive peak volume, routing, or weather.
These delays are beyond our control.

📦 Is Courier Delivery Safe?

We pack every parcel securely to protect your cookies during transit.
However, we cannot control courier handling or transportation risks.
No warranty or compensation is provided for courier issues.
Once the parcel is collected by DHL, it is considered sold and non-refundable.
