Can I order now and request a later shipping date?
Yes! For specific shipping dates, please message us on Instagram (@sisbake_) with the following template:

Please note: After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days via DHL, depending on your location. We do not offer rush orders, so please plan ahead to avoid delays.
What’s the difference between the Regular and Large sizes?

- Regular: 180g ± (20-21 pcs) // 14 x 10 x 4.5 cm
- Large: 330g ± (34-36 pcs) // 19 x 12 x 5 cm
When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery takes 1-3 business days via DHL (depending on location).
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are freshly baked and preservative-free. For the best taste, consume within one week of opening.
Sealed box: 3 weeks upon received.
Is delivery safe for the cookies?
We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive safely. However, once parcels are handed to the courier, we are not responsible for handling issues. Please note, all sales are final and non-refundable once dispatched.

How can I check the status of my cookie order?
Once your order is fulfilled, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information (via EasyParcel). Please check your inbox, and if you don’t see it, be sure to look in your junk or spam folder as well. Use the tracking link provided to follow your delivery’s progress.
